"Let every eye negotiate for itself
And trust no agent; for beauty is a witch

In this Much Ado About Nothing quote Claudio expresses that one should be their own judge.. so I challenge you to be your own judge.. in the elusive (to me) quart, pint, gallon rule. This is the rule of portion of color, make a layout that has a lot of one color (gallon), a bit of another (quart) and a tiny amount of another (pint).

To help a little, we are looking for a rough ratio. Think of the gallon color.. half the amount of the gallon color is the quart color and half as much quart color is the pint color. (clear as mud?)

Maybe an example would help?

Can you tell which color is the 'gallon'? Which is the 'quart'? Which is the 'pint'?

Tami. TAMI!! I honest to God, cross my fingers hope to die (remember when we said that??) planned on doing some of these challenges today. Then I did the "wouldn't it be nicer if that Purple Cow organizer was there, and I moved some of the plastic files there, and switched the tables. . .

You know where I'm going. Nothing got done, half the scrapbook room is in my hallway, and the scrapbook room door is CLOSED so I don't have to look at it.

I have 1 1/2 LO's completed for Tami. Still have until 12AM 7/31/10 right?!!

And. . . My sister had a "steaks on the grill" for her staff that were supervisors last night - and pool party - which I said (when she invited me) WHY would I take a day off to finish stuff up and then waste an evening away from it? OK, I went home, put out the garbage, fed the animals, and thought "Now I gotta cook." Got my keys, went to the cookout.
Three hours later - I went home. Maybe I needed the night off. But in all honesty? I wanted to escape sorting that scrapbook stuff!!!!!
