Seriuosly it's sunday and I really am more organized than I'm showing in these challenges. I honestly thought I posted this challenge and am SO sorry .. so to make up for it.. this challenge will get an RAK just for this challenge AND you can still earn entries for the big FREE CLASS PASS!!

So here's my take on this show.. that I found out has been cancelled Posted Image

It stars christian slater.. he's an agent that has two personalities.. when he goes into the office he is Henry a mild mannered man with a wife and kids.. while at the office .. if he gets sent upstairs they turn "on" the agent.. Edward. Edward is pure adrenaline and testosterone. Edward knows about Henry but Henry did not know about Edward until one day the program they used to switch his mind between Edward & Henry goes haywire and now he flips between the two personalities without notice.. meaning the mild mannered Henry "wakes up" in the middle of a field assignment.. and the coarse Edward wakes up while Henry is talking to his kids.. it's different.. and well has Christian Slater Posted Image we'll just move on to the prompts....

Answer this prompt in this thread and you could win a small prize. Do a layout based on this prompt and you get entered for the small prize and for the class pass :)

Just one prompt.. based on the title.. we know that we can be our own worst enemy.. journal about when you were your own worst enemy, or when someone you know was their own worst enemy.

Intriguing prompt -- man, that describes me more often than I would care to admit! I really like this show too -- ticks me off that so many good shows aren't given a chance to develop an audience. For crying out loud, it's only been on for a MONTH. Posted Image :D

Here's how I am my own worst enemy....
I love to scrap and barely have time most days.. and instead of keeping my desk cleared so I can hop in my room when I get five minutes.. it currently looks like this:

Posted Image

I have spent the last few weeks cleaning other areas of the house and the stack to the right is from that.. whenever the boys don't know where to put things.. it goes there for me to deal with.. the piggy bank is not mine.. I'm not a big Lightening McQueen fan.. it's Zach's who thinks it's a toy.. so it is down on my desk now so it doesn't break.. the wipe box.. zach brought to me moments before this photo to have me wipe his nose.. the sewing machine waits to finish a dolls dress.. the books are from my rotisserie I just got.. the art supplies were found in the bathroom (where I left them after cleaning them so they could dry) and the boys brought them to my desk... the pepsi can in the bottom left is my sign of laziness :) and the label maker above it is my sign of hope that some day I will be organized :) ..

So.. this is my proof I am my own worst enemy... it's too overwhelming to think I'll go scrap a moment when it really means I'll have to clean for an hour to scrap for a moment.. and as embarassing as this photo is.. I'm going to post it anyway :) I have faith that after the turkey dust settles on thanksgiving I'll be able to cry "I did all the work" and get a free ME day to come clean it.. though at the moment the sitter is here and I"m suppose to be going to work out.. and I'm not.. I'm in here and going to start a dent in it {SMILIES_PATH}/wink.gif

(and no Carmen your prize is no where in this stack it's in a nice envelope off to the left out of camera shot.. on the shelves that actually are NEAT :) ok.. actually I'm taking a photo of the shelves to prove i'm not a hopeless slob...

Posted Image

there.. see I"m not hopeless :)

ps. the boxes of cereal are not because I ate them where I sat.. i saved them because I thought the images of count chocula and boo berry guy would be a fun art journal page {SMILIES_PATH}/biggrin.gif

The rest of my house is currently quite clean, at least on the main level -- but this room, my office and scrapping space, where I spend most of my time staring at the computer, is currently a sty. WAY worse than yours, I swear, Tami. :) I have the same problem with regards to wanting to scrap but having no space left to do anything. Posted Image

Hey Tami, you can still be productive in those 2 square inches. You just change the type of project. No 12x12 pages, you work on inchies instead. Posted Image

Seriously, I have done this before, it is similar to the buying underwear instead of doing laundry thing.

Andi, I loved your layout. It was so honest and so sensitive too. Your paper was beautiful with the simple embellishments.
