I guess all goes well until you hit a snafu, like Cherie, did, too, and life's too short for this kind of service. Nothing mean against them, - I'm just done. Months later, I still do not have my book because I can't order it because they won't answer my questions. Any of them. So at least when I do a paper layout, I know I"m golden, I have it in my hand.
